Money-Back Guarantee:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program. IACCR provides an eight-week money-back guarantee for the Program. This money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:
The refund will consist of all monies paid, less $500, which will be retained to cover IACCR’s costs for program enrollment, credit card processing fees, administrative support in the intake and onboarding process, and assistance in following the Refund Process outlined below.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that both you and your partner made a good faith effort to engage with ALL ELEMENTS of the program and found it unsatisfactory.
If you’re considering a refund, you must let us know immediately so that we can attempt to assist and improve your experience of the Program. You must provide notice within FOUR WEEKS of beginning the program that you are considering a refund, and you must include with your notice the coursework for the first four modules of the program, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include all coursework from both participants in the coupleship, you will not be granted a refund.
You must complete and/or submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:
- Watch all videos (required and supplemental) for the first four modules of the Program, which is tracked in the online learning system.
- Complete and attach all worksheet assignments within the first four modules.
- Provide evidence of participation in all live coaching sessions.
- BOTH participants must submit the weekly program evaluations with your identity included (IACCR keeps these on file).
- Both participants must describe why this program was not a good fit for you and your partner’s needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
Upon your notice of considering a refund within four weeks, and the submission of the above outlined materials, Program staff will work with you for the next four weeks to improve your experience in hopes that you decide to complete the Program. Should you instead decide to move forward with the refund, you must include documentation of both participants coursework for the next four modules subsequent to those you have already submitted, as outlined above, to be eligible for the refund.
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than eight weeks after the start date of your program participation, nor for any requests that did not come without an initial notice of consideration of a refund within four weeks after the start date of your program participation. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program. Challenges to participants such as relapses, separations, scheduling conflicts, failure to participate in coaching sessions and asynchronous learning, and changing your mind are NOT reasons for a refund.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the Refund Period, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, IACCR will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. IACCR does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the material provided under this Agreement and IACCR’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided, including but not limited to: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by IACCR. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the Refund Period, and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
In all other cases, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Program, IACCR has a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Program and no refunds will be provided to you. By using and/or purchasing our Program, you understand and agree that, except for the limited refund policy described above, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
